Service Agreements & Payments

• Deposits — A non-refundable deposit is required to begin services. The amount is specified in your service agreement.
• Payment Schedule — Remaining balances are due according to the milestones outlined in your agreement.
• Cancellations — If you cancel after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for work completed to date. Refund eligibility is determined by your service agreement.
• Late Payments — Work may be paused if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

Inquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a binding contract. A service agreement must be signed and a deposit received before any work begins.
